If after booking, you or any member of your party are unable to proceed with the flight or other travel arrangements, you can transfer the booking to a substitute person, providing they satisfy all the conditions applicable to the package and your request is received by us at least 14 days prior to departure. Notice must be in writing signed by the Lead Name and accompanied by a GBP 25.00 administration fee per transfer. Both the person taking and the person leaving the booking will be responsible for paying any additional costs arising from the transfer.
Important Note: Name changes or departure changes are not always permitted by the carrier (the company that provides your transportation). We will do our best to help you, but most carriers treat name changes as cancellations and charge accordingly. These charges will be passed on to you. Once airline tickets have been issued, any changes made to the ticket may result in you having to pay for the cancelled ticket and purchasing a new ticket at full cost.
Other changes to your booking will incur a GBP 15.00 administration fee.
If the size of your party reduces then we will re-calculate the cost of the flight and other travel arrangements for those who are still going. Prices for revised bookings will be calculated at the prices in force at the time you make the change and not those applicable to the original booking. The price of your flight and other travel arrangements may increase to reflect the changes requested by you. For example, increasing the length of your stay may mean that aircraft seats go empty and we may have to buy extra seats. Before confirming any change we will inform you if there is a change of price. Please check whether your flight and other travel arrangements insurance will cover any charges or increased costs resulting from a change.
If you want to make changes while you are abroad we will do our best to help. These changes are subject to availability and must be paid for locally.
